Individual therapy

Individual psychotherapy focuses on analyzing your personal problems and concerns individually and seeking solutions together. The therapy is based on behavioral therapy and, specifically, schema therapy. Sessions are usually weekly and last 50 minutes each. The treatment is aimed at adults over 18 years of age.

Group therapy

Group therapy is a highly effective form of psychotherapy in which people with similar challenges work on their issues in a supportive group environment. By sharing experiences, feedback and building relationships, group therapy offers unique advantages over individual therapy. These interactions enable a deeper understanding of one's problems and promote personal growth.
Meetings take place here regularly, each lasting 100 minutes, with a group size of between 5-8 participants. A combination of individual and group sessions is often recommended.

Online therapy

I also offer the option of therapy sessions via videochat. The prerequisite for this is an initial personal consultation to rule out possible contraindications. This therapeutic option is aimed at patients who cannot benefit from conventional talk therapy for physical, spatial, time or organizational reasons. There is also the possibility of combining traditional therapy with online therapy.
